Ted Green joins Avison Young as Senior Vice President

St. Louis, MO – Rick Dames, Managing Director of Avison Young’s St. Louis office today announced the strategic hiring of Ted Green as Senior Vice President to join its growing transaction management, consulting, and advisory team in the company’s St. Louis office.

A 21-year industry veteran in commercial real estate, Green has held similar positions at CBRE and Colliers, most recently serving as a senior vice president focusing on office and healthcare occupiers. 

Ted understands the dynamic needs of today’s office and healthcare occupiers and provides a wide range of services which include strategic planning, sales and leasing, consultation on site selection, and property acquisition/disposal. In an industry that requires a unique skill set, Ted serves his clients by providing strategic solutions, and extensive market knowledge. 

Ted earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University, Olin School of Business. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors - Commercial Division (SLAR).
