Patty Proshek joins as Director of US Property Management Accounting

Minneapolis and Chicago – Avison Young today announced that Patty Proshek has joined the firm as Director, U.S. Property Management Accounting. Based in Minneapolis, Proshek will lead the Real Estate Accounting Services teams providing services to Avison Young’s Real Estate Management Services clients.

Proshek brings more than 30 years of real estate accounting and organizational management experience. Her expertise includes financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budgeting and resource management. She also brings a wealth of knowledge to building and developing client-focused transition procedures and maintaining consistent processes within required compliance guidelines. Prior to joining Avison Young, Proshek served as Global Executive Managing Director of Investment Accounting and Reporting Solutions and Shared Service Centres for CBRE. She was instrumental in improving and transforming the organization to produce optimal results for internal and external clients.

Avison Young has strategically bolstered their property management capabilities through recent hires such as Gina Iverson as Director, Operations U.S. Property Management and Eric Stone as Principal & Regional Director of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) who is tasked with growing the firm’s REMS service line across the Northeast.
