Healthcare technology company relocates and expands its NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan

New York, NY– Avison Young announced today that its New York office has arranged a new 15,275-square-foot (sf) sublease on behalf of Tomorrow Health. The healthcare technology company relocated its NYC headquarters from its previous 2,000-sf Midtown South office at 1123 Broadway to the entire 23^rd floor of 225 Broadway in Downtown Manhattan.

Avison Young’s New York-based Director Peter Johnson represented Tomorrow Health in the negotiations while Eric Schmall, Allyson Bowen and Christina Bicks of Savills represented the sublandlord.

Despite the dwindling supply of creative sublet space, we transacted this deal in an expeditious manner to achieve an optimal result for our client.”
