Jeff Higdon recipient of Avison Young's 2021 Circle of Excellence Award
Memphis, TN – Jeff Higdon, Vice President at Avison Young’s Memphis office, has received the 2021 Circle of Excellence – Affiliate Offices Award, which recognizes the top producing individual from the firm’s affiliate offices.
Higdon specializes in tenant and landlord representation for office and industrial properties and has extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage and property management.
Higdon's work has been recognized by several organizations, including the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management. He was also recently recognized for his role in 18 Main, LLC's extensive redevelopment plans for the Pinch District, which received the Memphis Business Journal's Best Real Estate Deals award in the Mixed-Use Project category.
