Demand continues to grow in the Lake County submarket

Chicago, IL– Avison Young announced today that it has negotiated the sale of 70,625 square -feet (sf) of industrial space on behalf of Aspire Illinois located at 3441 Sheridan Road in Zion, IL.
Aspire Illinois, the seller, was represented by Avison Young’s John Hauser, Bruce Hopple, Chad Bermingham, all based in the firm’s Chicago office. The non-profit has worked with Avison Young on other real estate assignments as well.

“This ideal location provides excellent access to Chicago’s expansive infrastructure, as well as proximity to the booming Southern Wisconsin submarket,” said Hauser. “With continued demand across Lake County, vacancy is currently at 6.4% at the beginning of the first quarter in 2022.  This is a primary location for positive traffic for the undisclosed buyer,” said Bermingham.
