Schauer will be responsible for representing and growing the organization and REALTOR brand

Charleston, SC – Avison Young’s South Carolina office announced today that Gerry Schauer, CCIM, a Senior Vice President specializing in office leasing and investment sales, has been appointed to the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS (CTAR) 2022 Board of Directors. In this leadership role, Schauer will collaborate with his fellow board members to continue to boost membership and recognition of CTAR while ensuring its continued success.

CTAR Directors strictly adhere to the Realtor Code of Ethics and South Carolina real estate laws. The Board of Directors invests in RPAC and contribute to RHOF and may be asked to serve on and lead task forces or initiatives as identified. All Directors are expected to participate in association meetings and events.
