PSPA for the highest skyscraper in Wroclaw, Sky Tower, has been signed between DEVELIA and Adventum Group. The value of the transaction has been agreed at the level of EUR 84.42 million.

Avison Young acted as the exclusive sales agent representing DEVELIA (formerly LC Corp), Polish real estate development company, in a disposal of Sky Tower – Wroclaw highest skyscraper, dominating the landscape with its scale. The purchaser is Adventum Group – a fund management company focused on Central European real estate investments. Sky Tower is a multifunctional complex comprising office, retail and residential functions. The property, erected in 2012 by DEVELIA, is located in the heart of the city with superb public and private transport accessibility. It offers combined space of ca. 54,000 sqm GLA.
