Avison Young New Jersey Promotes to Danielle Loeffler to Director, Project Management
April 2, 2021MORRISTOWN, NJ – Jeffrey L. Heller, Avison Young’s Principal and Managing Director of the New Jersey office, announced that Danielle Loeffler has been promoted to Director, Project Management. Loeffler, who has been with the firm since 2016, most recently served as a Senior Project Manager, Project Management Services for the firm.
During her tenure at Avison Young, Loeffler’s responsibilities have included site and building design, entitlements, tenant relations and lease compliance, as well as full construction services from bid negotiation through close out. She has overseen project management work for numerous industrial distribution facilities in New Jersey, as well as self-storage facilities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.
In addition, Loeffler has recently completed multiple industrial projects for Black Creek Group throughout New Jersey, including a 528,000-square-foot development at 1400 West Front Street in Florence, a 330,000-square-foot project in Monroe Township, and a 190,000-square foot project in Avenel. She is finalizing work for two additional industrial projects for the developer for a 200,000-sqare-foot and 90,000-square-foot buildings in Lodi.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Loeffler was employed at Kushner Companies as an Assistant Project Manager where she played a key role assisting the project manager on the development of new townhomes construction in Brooklyn. She also served as an Assistant Property Manager where she supervised all management and administrative duties and was responsible for maintaining the upkeep and team of staff for a portfolio of 46 residential apartment buildings in New York City.
Loeffler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Maryland and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
