Memphis, TN – Avison Young’s Memphis office announced today that Bentley Pembroke has joined its brokerage team as a Vice President specializing in industrial and office agency leasing. Pembroke joins the firm following a fifteen-year career at Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors where he focused on office and industrial landlord representation for institutional clients.

An active member of the commercial real estate community, he holds the distinguished SIOR designation and is a candidate for CCIM designation. Additionally, he is a recipient of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors’ Life Member Pinnacle Producer’s Club award, which recognizes producers who have been in the top 25 or Pinnacle Elite for five or more years.
