Mark Richardson joins Avison Young in Boston

 

 

Boston, MA — Tom Collins, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s New England region, announced today the hiring of commercial real estate professional Mark Richardson. 

 

Effective immediately, Richardson becomes a General Manager of the South Station Bus Terminal (SSBT). He has extensive transportation experience in the intercity bus industry as well as public sector experience managing the land-side operations at Logan International Airport in Boston and the Metropolitan Airports Authority in Washington DC.

 

“I’m very pleased to be on board with Avison Young to manage this busy metropolitan multi-modal facility,” comments Richardson. “I will be actively involved with Hines Development project over the next five years which is a 51-story tower including expansion of the bus terminal on the lower level, and additional parking decks and residential units above.”

 

He holds a BA in Government from Hamilton College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University Business School.
