Podium Park acquired by Globalworth

Podium Park is located in Kraków. It consists of three 11-storey buildings connected with each other of total GLA space exceeding 55,000 square metres. Podium Park was recognized with the highest BREEAM certificate – Outstanding. Podium Park is one the most modern and eco-friendly office projects in Poland.
The first phase of the complex was delivered in 2018. Next two buildings are under construction with scheduled delivery in Q4 of 2020 and Q4 of 2021. The whole complex is much desired by the tenants, especially companies from IT and fintech branches. One of fintech leaders, British Revolut, has already located its office (of more than 5,300 square metres) in the first building. Ailleron, IT firm, will be moving next year to the second building to the office of almost 9,000 square metres. Subsequent rental agreements are already in the final stage of negotiations.
Podium Park will offer 800 parking spaces in total. Important element of the development project will be green, filled with plants relaxing area in the open air, totalling 5,000 square metres. Tenants and their guests will be able to rent electric cars, bicycles or scooters.
Acquisition of Podium Park is the fifth Globalworth’s purchase in the Polish market.
