Avison Young promotes Chris Bonbright to Managing Director of its West Los Angeles and Los Angeles North offices

Los Angeles, CA – Chris Cooper, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Southern California offices, today announced that 36-year industry veteran, Chris Bonbright, who has served as Principal with Avison Young since 2011, has been promoted to Principal and Managing Director of its West Los Angeles and Los Angeles North offices. Bonbright will oversee day-to-day operations, as well as work to aggressively expand the firm’s team and presence in these markets.

Bonbright is widely regarded as a leading real estate professional, with more than $2 billion in successful sales and leasing transactions across a variety of product types, including high rise office buildings, retail, healthcare, hotels, restaurants, film production, post production, sound stages, and other special-use properties.
